Position Overview

The Office Manager will be integral to the smooth functioning of our office, overseeing administrative tasks, supporting the team, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. This role demands a highly organized, proactive professional capable of managing multiple responsibilities with precision and professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Management: Supervise daily office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Team Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and team members, including report preparation, travel coordination, and event organization.

Office Coordination: Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-kept office environment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as necessary.

Financial Administration: Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.

HR Support: Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating staff training sessions.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between the office and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

 

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in office management or a related administrative role, preferably within the investment or finance sector.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

The Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting our investment and advisory activities, specifically within the MENA region. This role involves conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen interest in infrastructure projects and emerging markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on infrastructure projects, market trends, and economic conditions in emerging and frontier economies.

Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support investment decisions and project evaluations.

Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility and investment potential.

Stakeholder Communication: Support communication with clients, partners, and other stakeholders by providing relevant information and insights.

Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor market developments and provide updates on key trends and opportunities.

 

Requirements

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the investment or finance sector.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.

Skills:

  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial modeling software.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
